The intention of this article from the January/February issue of Strategies is to provide ideas and resources for educators to consider when planning for the implementation of a mindful yoga unit of instruction. Through the use of the acronym MINDFUL YOGA, the authors provide 11 strategies to guide teachers toward the successful implementation of this curriculum in physical education.
